The GP Eye Care Professional Finder database is provided by the Contact Lens Manufacturers Association (CLMA) and its GP Lens Institute (GPLI) solely as an information service to consumers and eyecare practitioners. The database consists of information voluntarily submitted by eyecare practitioners who have identified themselves as fitters of GP contact lenses. The information is provided “as is,” with no warranty, expressed or implied, regarding its accuracy, adequacy, or completeness. Neither the CLMA nor the GPLI undertakes any investigation or verification as to the credentials or other information provided by participating practitioners. It is the user’s responsibility to obtain such other information, including verification of credentials, as he or she may deem prudent or useful in selecting an eyecare practitioner. In no event shall CLMA, GPLI, its officers, directors, employees, agents or consultants be liable for selection of a practitioner or any other decision made or action taken in reliance on the information contained herein.
